始终还是爱它 --- 香菇花生焖五花肉

这个香菇花生焖五花肉很好吃, 很下饭。最近都在煮很下饭的菜,还要用五花肉,
够力。。真的是不肥都很难。。=.= 。没有办法,老公喜欢吃五花肉,所以我家时
常会出现五花肉的菜。。唯有吃了再减。。(每次都这样讲。。哈哈!!)

<<食谱>>
材料:-
五花肉 500g
花生米 200g
香菇 4朵
蒜米 半粒(去皮,拍扁)
清水 1公升

调味料:-
耗油 1大匙
酱油 1大匙
黑酱油 1/2大匙
冰糖 10g
盐 1/2小匙
胡椒粉 1小匙
麻油 1小匙
绍兴酒 1大匙

做法:-
1。花生米用清水浸泡隔夜。
2。香菇用清水泡软,切小块。
3。五花肉清洗后切小块,用沸水烫5分钟,捞起清洗干净,沥干水分,备用。
4。取一锅,热少许油,炒香蒜米,加入香菇,炒片刻,加入花生米和五花肉抖炒一
下,并加入清水和调味料一起煮滚,盖上锅盖,转小火焖煮30-40 分钟至五花肉松
软入味及汁变浓稠,就可以上桌咯。

偶也要粗....一點就好,偶怕"肥",嘻嘻~

I like to eat this too, but I seldom cook pork at home as my husband not really like meat.

Sonia, we are the same, family is always our priority, cook according to their favorite..^_^

月亮, 那个小花是长在前院的,我不知道名字耶。嘻嘻!! 不好意思 。
小公主像爸爸,不容易肥。可是我就。。。。=.=

Somewhere in Singapore, my husband purposely choose those meat with fat portion, but i like those mushrooms and peanuts more..hehe
