我们的晚餐 --- 蒜香煎羊扒

~蒜香煎羊扒套餐~
*蒜=蒜米,香=迷迭香 ^_^

~沙拉(Italian Style Salad)~
*菜是包装好的,萝卜丝自己加,上面加dressing就可以咯!!

~蒜香煎羊扒~
(Pan-fried lamb rump steak with garlic and rosemary)
*羊扒用蒜末,迷迭香(rosemary), 海盐,黑胡椒腌入味,
煎到自己喜欢的熟度就可以咯!!

~Spiralli Pasta with tomato sauce~
*tomato sauce 里面我加了番茄,西芹,蘑菇和大葱.


由小到大,家里人都不吃牛肉,妈妈也没买过羊肉来煮,所以牛和羊对我来说没有很熟悉,而且每次闻到那牛羊的臊味,就已经想掉头跑了。近这几年来和老公到处跑,开始接触了西餐比较多,慢慢的可以接受那些新鲜的牛和羊肉,可能西餐的料理比较会用一些香料盖过那臊味的原因吧! 所以吃起来,觉得还好。。^_^
这次是自己第一次煮羊扒,也是第一次吃这么多的羊肉。。老公说这样煮蛮好吃的。。呵呵!! 。因为那羊扒不大片,除了配沙拉,还另外加了意大利面。这样配,简单有好吃。。^_^

羊排我也很喜欢,让我想起我的recipe里有一道是用啤酒配羊排,好久没做了,有空去找找看。

Good job for the 1st time, I never prepare lamb chop before, as I also dont like the 羊的臊味, maybe I should give a try in one day.

Sharon, i just try a bite everytime my husband order it in the restaurant, but just for those taste good and less smell.. so after trying for few times then i can accept it slowly.. ^_^

我比较喜欢牛扒。。
羊羊有bau。。 我不是很喜欢。。
但是那个salad 还有spagetti就很适合我。。

ana~ana, 这个羊扒新鲜,而且腌了过后好很多,不会有那羊臊味。
我也是很怕那些臊味很重的牛和羊。。
