我们的午餐--- 炒乌东面

那天看见Anncoo家的炒乌东面很吸引,感觉很好吃。刚好家里也买了乌东面,就参考了Anncoo的煮法,用了家里现有的材料,试煮煮看。其实是第一次买乌东面,买时还没想过要怎样煮。。嘻嘻~ 我用的材料里面蔬菜比较多,因为小公主吃面时喜欢多蔬菜。。^_^
这煮法很好吃,煮出来,香香的,乌东面滑滑的,小公主也吃了一大碟。。呵呵~

<<食谱>>
参考于: Anncoo - 炒乌东面

材料:
乌东面 200g (一小包)
大葱 半粒
香肠 1条
甜豆 5片
小玉米 2条
西芹 1小段
蒜末 1小匙

调味料:-
黑酱油 1小匙
酱油 1小匙
耗油 1小匙
鸡精粉 1/2小匙
糖 1/2小匙
麻油 1/2小匙

做法:-
1。乌东面先泡水,将面条弄散,沥干水份,备用。
2。先将所以材料洗干净,大葱切丝,香肠,甜豆,小玉米和西芹切段,备用。
3。爆香蒜末,加入大葱丝炒香,然后加香肠,甜豆,小玉米和西芹段拌炒均匀。
4。锅内加入一杯水和调味料,煮沸,再加入乌东面,闷煮片刻,让酱汁稍微收干就可以上桌咯。

看来很美味,材料可以随意的放。我用的材料也是从冰箱拿出来得。

前几天我煮了滑蛋乌东面,也是很好吃哦
阿米还蛮喜欢乌东面的口感,炒得黑黑的,我能吃下一大碗哦~

阿米,滑蛋乌东面哦~ 家里还有乌东面,下次试这个。。呵呵!! 乌东面真的很好吃,我也很喜欢那口感。

看来乌东面真得很受欢迎....我喜欢黑胡椒乌东面... 不过小公主应该不敢吃辣的,还是妈咪的炒乌东面比较好吃!

Felvin, 乌东真的很不错,家里有黑胡椒,可是,小公主的妈咪也不是很喜欢黑胡椒的味道,所以没放。。嘻嘻!!

Canary, 我也是喜欢乌东肥肥滑滑的,感觉上比起那福建面少了碱水的味道,更好吃。。呵呵!!

This looks good! I prefer fried udon than udon in soup. It's more flavorful in this way.

Hi Rachel,

I would like to try this for my kids too. Pardon for my silly qtn, what is the difference between 黑酱油 and 酱油? R u referring to Dark soy sauce and light soy sauce?

No worry, your qtn is not silly, i am confusing with some of the sauces too.. haha...
ya.. 黑酱油is dark soy sauce(thicker),酱油is light soy sauce (liquid)..:)
