小公主的早餐 (三十四) --- Mini Sushi

今天做了这小巧的sushi给小公主,sushi底层是面包,上面分别放了蔬菜,香肠和芝士片,然后用紫菜圈着就可以咯。 这个摆在碟上吃,或做给小朋友们当便当都适合,因为摇来摇去也不容意散开。。呵呵!! ^_^

So d seed weed juz go round d bread without adding anything else?

May i know how u able to cut d seed weed into such neat size?

Ay Choo,
Hi there. Yes the seaweed just go round the bread itself and you may touch some water at the end to make it more easy to stick on.

I cut one as a sample at the beginning, then follow by cutting the rest by using the sample. Cut the seaweed a little bit longer to make sure it can hold any ingredients that go on the top.. :P
