透视的可爱 --- Jewel Biscuits

这jewel biscuits很可爱,第一次在食谱书里看见它就肯定自己很快会去试做。。呵呵~ 我喜欢饼干中间那份透视的可爱, 对! 就是可爱~ (透视不一定性感, ok?~ )
刚巧买食谱书的同一天,我们发现超市都摆了很多大盒小盒的糖果在架上,原因是万圣节(halloween)快到了。老公就决定说先买些糖果回去吧,因为万圣节那天小朋友们都会到家家户户去讨糖果,到时没有糖果给小朋友就糗大了。。呵呵~ 买回去的那些糖果里面这么巧有我要用的果汁糖,那还等什么。。哈哈~ 就动手做我的jewel biscuits咯~
因为饼干做得太小,所有我将那果汁糖先敲碎再放进去烤,结果呢~那糖果溶得太快,在里面滚了起来,出来后有些泡泡变成了小洞。。下次做时饼干要做大点,将整粒果汁糖放下去,应该是饼干刚烤好时那糖果也刚溶完才会更漂亮。。这食谱里面糖的部分可以减少,因为已经有了果汁糖不然就会太甜了。。

ingredient:-
125g butter, very soft
175g plain white flour, sifted, plus extra to dust
50g caster sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
milk
18 coloured boiled sweets

Method:-
1. Line three baking sheets with non-stick baking parchment. Put the butter, flour, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl and bring together with a fork or wooden spoon to form a dough - add a drop of milk if the mixture looks too dry. Turn out on to a floured worksurface and knead briefly to bring the dough together. Wrap in clingfilm and chill for 30 minutes.

2. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (160°C for fan oven) . Roll out the dough until it is about 3mm thick ( sprinkle the surface of the dough with flour if it starts to stick). Using novelty biscuit cutters, cut out the different shapes and arrange on the baking sheets. Using small cutters , cit a shape from the middle of each biscuit and put a sweet in each hole.

3. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the biscuits are pale golden brown and the sweets have melted. Leave to set for a minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.

小孩子最喜欢这样的biscuits了。小公主吃了几个?我以前做的时侯,是放jam。要不要试试看。。。。呵呵。。

透视的部分是结回硬的果汁糖哦?那么饼干溶在口中后还能慢慢品尝着果汁糖? 还是两者都是入口即溶? 真的很特别..

ana~ana, 我也发现那星星有点奇怪,六个角的。。哈哈~

安妮, 果汁糖那里也有卖。如果没有记错有种叫fox的是果汁糖来的。 ^_^

Anncoo, 我做出来小公主只吃了三四个,因为我在做时她就一直忙着吃那糖果了。 放jam的饼干哦, 好像蛮有趣的, 我想试咧。。嘻嘻~

ly,是的,透视的部分待凉后会结回硬片,吃的时候中间那透视部分是会像吃糖果那样,不会一下溶掉。。^_^
