香橙牛油蛋糕

做这香橙牛油蛋糕是因为被Sonia的柠檬牛油蛋糕吸引了。。。^^。。 家人喜欢吃牛油蛋糕,Rachel也就特别有兴趣的常识不同的食谱。这香橙牛油蛋糕Rachel是用之前分享的blood orange 做的。烤着蛋糕时就一直飘来那香香的橙味,开心的涅~ 出炉的牛油蛋糕很松软,很香,很好吃哦~。。^_^。。Sonia在蛋糕出炉后有加lemon glaze, 这步骤Rachel省略了。。

<食谱>
参考于: Sonia

材料:
牛油 125克
砂糖 100克
橙皮屑 1 粒
鸡蛋 2 粒
自发面粉 175克
鲜橙汁 4 汤匙

做法:
1。牛油和砂糖打至送发。
2。一粒一粒的加入鸡蛋拌打均匀,加入橙皮屑,拌匀。
3。加入自发面粉和鲜橙汁,搅拌均匀。
4。放入预热160度的烤炉, 烤40分钟。

What is so great about baking cake is that I love the smell that come out from the oven. I bet this cake is smell so good ... I drydreaming in front of my laptop and just pretend that I can smell it from here LOL :D
